"Where is your shop located?"

Online: this web site is our online shop, you are already here!

Offline: our Hens Party Shop is located in Hornsby, in the north of Sydney, NSW. See the contact us page for address and map.

"The Bulk Buy items, is the price for all the items or just one?"

The price is for one item, if you change the number in the Quantity field the discounts for more than one item will be automatically applied.

If the Quantity number is not changed and only one item is paid for we will send you the first item on the list.

"How can I see what is happening with my order?"

If you log into your account and click on the pink View button you can see where your order is up to.

"How can I track my order?"

When your order is posted you will receive an email from us and an email from Australia Post.

The Australia Post email will have your tracking number and a link to enable you track the progress as it makes its way to you.

If your order has been left at the post office for you the Australia Post website will have this information, just click the link in the email.

If you do not get the Australia Post email please check your spam or junk folder.

"What type of payments do you accept?"

We accept credit card, paypal and in-store we also accept cash.

"How much will shipping be?"

Within Australia shipping is a flat rate $9.95 or $15.95 for Express shipping. You can find more information on our Shipping page.

"Do You Price Match?"

Our promise to you is that price is never a reason to shop anywhere else. If you have found a product legitimately advertised by an Australian retail competitor at a lower price and currently in stock, let us know and we will do our best to at least match the price for you. Please see the details of our Price Matching offer below.

Price Matching Terms & Conditions

  • The competitors item must be identical to our item
  • The competitor must be an authorised internet retailer in Australia
  • The competitor offering a better price must have the product in stock and available to dispatch
  • Price Matching excludes Ebay, sale prices, special offers or promotions, bundles and returned/display/faulty stock
  • Price Matching excludes shipping costs (on a separate note remember we offer free shipping for orders over $150)
  • Price Match requests are only valid at the time of purchase
  • We reserve the right to decline to Price Match if the product is under our cost
  • Price Matching is only available online

Please note we will only accept a Price Matching request via the Contact Us page. Your request must include a link to the product on our competitors website.

"Do you ship outside of Australia?"

Absolutely! There are some specifications that you might want to look at, you will find them on our Shipping page.

"Are my personal details kept secure?"

"Can I use more than one special offer or discount code on an order?"

Only one special offer or discount code (including Free Shipping) can be used on an order.

"Do you price match?"

"Do the prices on the site include GST?"

Yes they do for our Australian customers, all of our prices are displayed including GST.
