  • Your order from myhensparty.com.au will always arrive at your door in discreet packaging.
  • We will never put the name myhensparty.com.au on the outside of your package.

What shipping service do we use?

Products are shipped via either Australia Post or a Sydney courier company for local deliveries if courier service is required.

What is the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of the order, post code and product size. Shipping charges are calculated by Australia Post at the checkout based on weight and destination postcode.

Free Delivery

All orders of $150 or more will be delivered at no charge within Australia. Free Delivery is by normal post only.

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer Flat Rate Shipping within Australia for $9.95. Flat Rate Shipping does not include insurance and items are not trackable.

Please note: as we can not track non insured items we can not take responsibility for them after they have left our dispatch warehouse.

How long will it take to get my products?

  • All orders are shipped using the services of Australia Post with the exception of courier deliveries which are available only in Sydney at this time.
  • Flat Rate: Flat Rate Shipping is by normal post, does not include insurance and items are not trackable after they have left our dispatch warehouse.
  • Insured Parcel Post: Please allow 5 - 8 working days for delivery of your order by Registered Post.
  • Express Post: 3 - 5 days except the rural Australia, NT and WA which may take up to 7 days depending on the location. Please ensure if you select Express Post that you are located within the Express Post Network.
If you require your order quicker than the above times please contact us.

Please Note:

  • If you do not select an insured option for your postage we cannot track it and will not take responsibility for it after it has left our dispatch post office.
  • When situations arise where we expect delays we will contact you normally via the e-mail address you provided with your order.
  • During the holiday seasons such as Christmas we do expect delays due to higher volumes so please keep that in mind when ordering for special occassions!
  • Throughout the website you will find references to shipping times for particular items. The number of days is always business days and does not include weekends as we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Eg. Ten days = Ten business days.

Special Order Products

There are a number of clothing items that require a special order or to be custom made which can take up to five working days to be made. This requires that you add 5 working days to the shipping times above.

Postage Options Within Australia

The postage and handling costs are calculated by weight, volume and postcode via Australia Post.

  • Flat Rate (Sydney metropolitan area only): Select this option only if the delivery address is in the Sydney Metropolitan area. Delivery by courier at a cost of $15 per order.
  • Parcel Post with Insurance: Included in the shipping cost is a Packaging/Handling charge of $2.00 and a Registered Post charge of $3.05 for orders up to $100, and then $1.45 for every additional $100.
  • Express Post: Express Post shipping incurrs a Packaging/Handling charge of $3.00. Express Post packages cannot be sent as registered post and therefore are not insured. DirtyWeekendShop.com.au takes no responsibility for packages sent by Express Post.

International Orders

New Zealand

The postage and handling costs are calculated by weight and are based on the cost price charged by Australia Post.

  • Also included in the shipping cost is a Packaging/Handling charge of $2.00 and an Insurance charge of $9.60 for orders up to $100, and then $2.50 for every additional $100.
  • All orders are shipped using the services of Australia Post.
  • Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery of your order.

Other International

The postage and handling costs are calculated by weight and are based on the cost price charged by Australia Post.

  • Also included in the shipping cost is a Packaging/Handling charge of $2.00 and an Insurance charge of $9.60 for orders up to $100, and then $2.50 for every additional $100.
  • All orders are shipped using the services of Australia Post.
  • Please allow 7 - 28 working days for delivery of your order.
  • Please refer to your local authority for information on duties and taxes.

  • If you do not select an Insured Postage option we cannot take responsibility for your order after it has left our dispatch post office.
